My approach to coaching was developed over my 15 years of experience working in business environments, providing successful leadership and coaching services to individuals and small groups. I opened my coaching practice to work more closely with clients, to help them discover and define their dreams, and to then provide the guidance, exercises and practical tools to make those dreams a reality.
